On October 13, Tianjin Agricultural University held the 2020 safety educationconference for international students in China in the conference room on thefirst floor of the Minxue Building. The conference was hosted by Xiaodong Xie,the head of the International Office.

We invite police officers Niu and Yan from the Exit&Entry Administration Bureauof Xiqing District Public Security Bureau.They exchanged their views andexperiences with international students on safety issues and countermeasures in China.

The two police officers combined with the security issues existing in theinternational students and the practical issues of general concerns, and explained the registration of out of campus accommodation and illegal employment related to immigration laws and regulations in China, as well as electricity safety,prevention of fraud, etc. General safety issues, and targeted precautions andcountermeasures have been put forward, effectively enhancing the safety awarenessof international students and improving their safety precaution capabilities.

In addition, the hand of the International Office explained the details of "TianjinAgriculture University International Student Discipline Regulations",requiring international students to strictly abide by China's relevant laws andregulations and the various rules and regulations.

Qingqiang Zhou, the head of the Security Department, international student counselors andrelevant person from the International Office attended the meeting.
