In order to strengthen the identification of telecommunications network fraud techniques among international students and enhance their prevention capabilities, on April 12th, the International Exchange Office and the Security Work Department jointly held a safety education lecture for international students. This lecture invites Officer Li Wenlong from Xueyuan Police Station in Xiqing District, Tianjin to give a safety education lecture on "Preventing Fraud and Remembering the 'Ten Always' for international students.
According to the current social situation and through specific case analysis, Police Officer Li explained ten fraud means, including loan fraud, rebate fraud, investment and financial fraud, fraud by pretending to be others, fraud by pretending to be customer service refund, and emphasized the ways and preventive measures for criminals to use bank cards, WeChat, Alipay and other means of fraud, and warned students not to be confused by false appearances, Don't be tempted by temporary profit scams just because you are greedy for small gains. At the meeting, Officer Li patiently answered and analyzed the questions raised by international students, and reminded them to keep their eyes open, not to trust others, to be cautious of being deceived, and to enhance their own safety awareness.

The launch of this themed education lecture not only provides international students with a deeper understanding of preventing online fraud, but also enhances their self-protection and protection awareness, effectively improving their security awareness and anti fraud ability, which is of great significance for ensuring the personal and property safety of students. In the future, our school will continue to do a good job in safety education for international students, build a high "protective wall" in ideology, and strive to create a safe and harmonious campus environment.
