In order to continuously deepen the understanding and awareness of Chinese laws andregulations and relevant public security management regulations among internationalstudentsstudying in China, and to continuously strengthen the awareness of law abidingand safetyprevention among international students in our school, on the afternoon ofOctober 20th, theInternational Office and the Security Office jointly organized asafety law briefing for allinternational students studying in school. The lecture willinvite Officer Yanlin from the Exit and Entry Administration Bureau of Xiqing District,Officer Li Wenlong and Bai Yu from theXueyuan Police Station, and Teacher Ma Muer fromthe School Security Office to give lectures.

At the meeting, Officer Yanlin introduced the relevant laws and regulations thatinternational students studyingin China need to comply with during their studies inChina, taking into account the "Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People'sRepublic of China" and the "Regulations on the Entry and Exit Administration ofForeigners of the People's Republic of China". This includes timely processing of visa renewals,residencepermits, and timely updating of passports, with special emphasis on theserious consequences that must beborne for illegal and irregular situations such asillegal detention caused by visa expiration, and illegalinternships outside withoutinternship visas. And combined with practical cases, remind international studentstocomply with Chinese laws and regulations and continuously improve their personal safetyawareness.

In response to the current trend of high incidence of telecommunications network fraudcases, Officer Bai Yuused typical cases as teaching materials and easy to understandlanguage to explain the types, techniques, andprevention methods of telecommunicationsnetwork fraud to students in detail. This allowed students to fullyunderstand the typesof fraud that are common among student groups, such as brushing orders, online loans,naked chating, impersonating e-commerce customer service, and making friends online. Hecalled on everyone to understand the latest scam techniques, Don't trust strangerseasily, protect your property and safety.

Based on the practical work of campus safety for international students, Teacher Mamurprovided detailedexplanations on fire safety, public security management, trafficsafety, dormitory safety, and other aspectsduring their school years, and introducedthe school rules and regulations to the students in detail. Heencourages students toimmerse themselves in campus learning and life with full enthusiasm and a positiveattitude, striving to improve their Chinese language proficiency and comprehensivequality, and wishes international students success in their studies.

The content of this safety and legal education seminar is vivid and rich, strengthening the understanding andunderstanding of relevant laws and regulations among international students in China, and enhancing theirawareness of safety precautions. In the future, our school will continue to strengthen contact and cooperationwith local immigration and police stations, deepen police school linkage, jointly guide international studentsto improve their self-protection awareness, enhance their ability to distinguish right from wrong, and make greater contributions to promoting the construction of a safecampus in our school.
