On May 15th, our school held the first online teacher training of the Bulgarian Luban Workshop in 2024. This training focused on in-depth analysis of the forefront of fungal secondary metabolites, aiming to enhance cooperation and exchange between the two sides in the field of agricultural biotechnology. More than 80 teachers and students from Provdiv Agricultural University in Bulgaria participated in this online training.
Associate Professor Yang Hongpeng from the School of Agriculture, Resources and Environment, as the main lecturer of this training, taught the development history, research directions, research methods, and hot topics of fungal secondary metabolites, providing reference for research in this field for the insured students.
This online teacher training has received unanimous praise from the students of the sponsor, and they expressed their hope to conduct regular training to benefit a wider range of sponsor teachers and students, thereby actively promoting the smooth operation of the Luban Workshop. The successful hosting of this online teacher training not only deepened the friendship and cooperation between the two sides, but also laid a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation in the field of agricultural biotechnology.
