On December 13th, in order to further expand the cooperation majors and fields of the school's international exchange programs, the heads of the International Exchange Office and the School of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine led a team to conduct on-site visits and research at the Tianjin Representative Office in Melbourne, Australia. Zuo Zheng, the person in charge of Hailu Animal Husbandry (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., and Guo Dong, the second level director of the Meida Department of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Tianjin Municipal People's Government, participated in this research work together.

Shao Siming, Chief Representative of the Melbourne Tianjin Representative Office, warmly welcomed the visit of Fang Jie, Deputy Director of the International Exchange Office, Li Xuehui, and Ding Xiangbin, Dean of the School of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, and introduced the main functions of the Melbourne Tianjin Representative Office and related projects to promote cooperation between Tianjin and Melbourne. Left Zheng, the person in charge of Hailu Animal Husbandry (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., introduced the relevant situation of the enterprise and the establishment of enterprises and animal husbandry import and export business in Melbourne. Fang Jie, Deputy Director of the International Exchange Office, introduced the historical evolution of our university and the cooperation it has carried out in international scientific research and other fields. Ding Xiangbin, Dean of the School of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, introduced the relevant situation of the school's disciplines, professional construction, and international cooperation, and hoped to carry out professional and academic cooperation and exchanges with the livestock major of Lezhuobo University located in Melbourne, strengthen communication and cooperation with Hailu Animal Husbandry, and carry out cooperation in talent cultivation such as industry university research cooperation and internship base construction.

This visit and research have opened up channels and platforms for cooperation between our university and Australian universities, while also fulfilling the needs of the School of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine in international collaborative research, student exchanges, school enterprise cooperation, teaching practice, and employment supply and demand. Next, the International Exchange Office will continue to explore international cooperation channels and resources, actively expand the fields and platforms for external cooperation among our school's colleges and majors, and comprehensively strengthen the deepening and implementation of the school's international cooperation and exchange undertakings, achieving steady and far-reaching results.
